腹腔镜结直肠癌围手术期护理干预的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Perioperative Nursing Intervention for Laparoscopic Colorectal Cancer

目的探究将围手术期优质护理应用于腹腔镜结直肠癌患者围手术期护理中的效果。方法回顾性分析我院2017年4月—2018年9月收入接受腹腔镜结直肠癌手术治疗的48例患者。均分为对照组及实验组,每组24例患者。对照组应用围手术期护理方案进行手术配合,实验组加用优质围手术期护理,对比两组患者的治疗情况。结果研究成果显示,实验组患者的并发症发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的28.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05,χ~2=5.357)。同时对比两组患者的术后排气时间、住院时间以及手术时间,实验组更优,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者接受手术时应用优质围手术期护理效果更好。

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative high quality nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with laparoscopic colorectal cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 48 patients who received laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery in our hospital from April 2017 to September 2018. They were divided into control group and experimental group, 24 patients in each group. The control group was treated with perioperative nursing program, while the experimental group was treated with high-quality perioperative nursing. The treatment of the two groups was compared. Results The results of this study showed that the incidence of complications in the experimental group was 4.00%, which was significantly lower than 28.00% in the control group (P < 0.05,χ 2=5.357). At the same time, compared with the two groups of patients after the exhaust time, hospitalization time and operation time, the experimental group was significantly better, with significant differences, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer patients undergoing surgery using high-quality perioperative nursing effect is better.
