发育支持护理在NICU新生早产儿中的效果

Effect of Neonatal Developmental Support Nursing on Premature Infant Care in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

目的探讨新生儿发育支持护理在新生儿重症监护室早产儿护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年8月—2018年7月我院新生儿重症监护室收治的132例早产儿,按随机数字表法分为常规组(66例)和干预组(66例),常规组采取常规护理,干预组在此基础上采取发育支持护理,并比较不同组患儿护理效果。结果干预组患儿开始经口喂养时间、腹胀消退时间和达足量喂养时间均小于常规组(P <0.05);干预组患儿出生第28 d睡眠时间、体质量增长和住院时间均优于常规组(P <0.05);干预组患儿喂养不耐受、皮损和院内感染发生率均低于常规组(P <0.05)。结论新生儿发育支持护理在新生儿重症监护室早产儿护理中的效果良好,能避免不良刺激因素对早产儿的影响,促进患儿健康发育。

Objective To explore the application effect of neonatal development support nursing in the care of premature infants in neonatal intensive care unit. Methods 132 preterm infants admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit of our hospital from August 2016 to July 2018 were randomly divided into the conventional group (66 cases) and the intervention group (66 cases). The routine group received routine care. The intervention group took development support care on this basis and compared the nursing effects of different groups of children. Results The time of oral feeding, the time of abdominal distension and the feeding time of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group (P < 0.05). The sleep time, body weight increase and hospitalization time of the intervention group were better than the conventional group (P < 0.05);the incidence of feeding intolerance, skin lesions and nosocomial infection in the intervention group were significantly lower than the conventional group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Neonatal developmental support care has a good effect in the care of premature infants in neonatal intensive care unit, which can avoid the influence of adverse stimuli on premature infants and promote the healthy development of children.
