标准化糖尿病护理路径在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的临床应用效果

Application Effect of Standardized Nursing Pathway in GDM Patients

目的探究妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇开展标准化糖尿病护理路径效果。方法将2017年1月—2018年12月收入GDM孕妇共计80例,按照随机数字排列表法分为两组,各40例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合标准化糖尿病护理路径,比较两组护理前后血糖数值变化情况及治疗依从率。结果护理前两组血糖控制情况差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),护理后观察组血糖数值低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组依从率为95.0%,高于对照组80.0%,两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 GDM孕妇中开展标准化糖尿病护理路径,能有效改善孕期血糖水平,提高临床依从性。

Objective To study the application effect of standardized nursing pathway in GDM (gestational diabetes mellitus) patients. Methods A total of 80 GDM patients from January 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected and randomly assigned to two groups, 40 cases in each group. The control group was served as conventional nursing;on the basis of the former, the observation group was served as standardized nursing pathway. The blood glucose contents and treatment compliance were compared. Results Before intervention, blood glucose contents between groups were not significantly different (P > 0.05);after intervention, blood glucose contents in the observation group were lower than control group (P < 0.05);treatment compliance in the observation group (95.0%) was higher than control group (80.0%)(P < 0.05). Conclusion The standardized nursing pathway can efficiently improve patient’s blood glucose contents and treatment compliance.
