分层级管理在医院护理管理中的应用

Application of Hierarchical Management in Hospital Nursing Management

目的探讨分层级管理在医院护理管理中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1—12月我院102例护理人员作为研究组,选择2017年1—12月我院102例护理人员作为对照组。对照组采取常规护理管理措施,研究组采取分层级管理模式进行医护理管理。评价两组护理质量与患者对相关护理服务的满意度。结果研究组基础护理、病区管理、护理文书、教学管理、消毒隔离、健康教育评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。患者对研究组护理服务的满意率98.67%高于对照组90.00%(P <0.05)。结论分层级管理能够有效提高护理质量,以及患者对护理服务的满意度,在医院护理管理中具有应用价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of hierarchical management in hospital nursing management. Methods 102 nurses from our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the study group. 102 nurses from our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the control group. The control group adopted routine nursing management measures, and the research group adopted a hierarchical management model for medical care management. Evaluated the quality of care between the two groups and the patient's satisfaction with the relevant care services. Results The basic nursing, ward management, nursing documents, teaching management, disinfection and isolation, and health education of the study group were higher than the control group (P < 0.05). The patient's satisfaction rate with the study group's nursing service was 98.67% higher than that of the control group (90.00%)(P < 0.05). Conclusion Hierarchical management can effectively improve the quality of nursing and the satisfaction of patients with nursing services. It has significant application value in hospital nursing management.
