牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗牙周炎临床疗效研究

Application of periodontal tissue regeneration combined with oral orthodontics in the treatment of patients with periodontitis

目的探讨牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗牙周炎的临床效果。方法选取自2015年12月至2018年12月收治的105例牙周炎患者为研究对象。根据患者选择的治疗方式不同,将单用牙周组织再生术治疗的50例患者纳入A组,将采用牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗的55例患者纳入B组,比较两组治疗后的牙周功能、并发症发生率等。结果治疗前,两组患者牙周功能比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,B组患者菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数均低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,B组患者的并发症发生率为1.8%(1/55),明显低于A组患者的12.0%(6/50),两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组患者的治疗总有效率为98.2%(54/55),明显高于A组的86.0%(43/50),两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸可改善牙周炎患者的牙周功能,并发症发生率低,治疗效果较佳。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of periodontal tissue regeneration combined with orthodontic treatment for periodontitis.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 105 cases of patients with periodontitis who were admitted from December 2015 to December 2018.According to the different treatment methods selected by patients,50 patients treated with periodontal tissue regeneration alone were included in Group A,and 55 patients treated with periodontal tissue regeneration combined with oral orthodontic treatment were included in Group B,and the periodontal function and incidence of complications of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in periodontal function between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the plaque index and gingival bleeding index in Group B were lower than those in Group A(P<0.05).After treatment,the complication rate of patients in Group B was 1.8%(1/55),significantly lower than 12.0%(6/50)of patients in Group A(P<0.05).The total effective rate of Group B was 98.2%(54/55),significantly higher than 86.0%(43/50)of Group A,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Periodontal tissue regeneration combined with orthodontic treatment can improve periodontal function in patients with periodontitis.The incidence of complications is low and the treatment effect is good.
