摘要
目的:研究脑梗死患者使用尼麦角林联合长春西汀治疗对其血液流变学、炎症反应影响。方法:选取脑梗死患者116例,随机分为对照组和观察组各58例,两组患者均实施常规治疗,对照组使用长春西汀治疗;观察组在对照组基础上加用尼麦角林片治疗,并于治疗2周后进行疗效评定。观察两组治疗前后血液流变学参数、炎症反应因子、功能量表评分情况,并记录治疗期间药物不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组全血比高切黏度、全血比低切黏度、血浆比黏度水平较对照组均降低(P<0.05);观察组TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP水平较对照组均明显降低(P<0.05);观察组NIHSS、改良Barthel指数评分较对照组均明显改善(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组患者药物不良反应发生率相当(P>0.05)。结论:脑梗死患者使用尼麦角林联合长春西汀治疗能明显降低患者血液流变学参数及血清中炎症因子水平,改善患者的凝血功能,同时不增加药物不良反应。
Objective: To study the effects of nicergoline combined with vinpocetine on hemorheology and inflammatory response in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: 116 cases of patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 58 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with routine therapy, while the control group was treated with vinpocetine;the observation group was treated with nicergoline tablets on the basis of the control group. The observation group was treated with nicergoline tablets on the basis of the control group, and the curative effect was evaluated after 2 weeks of treatment. The hemorheological parameters, inflammatory reaction factors and functional scale scores of the two groups were observed before and after treatment, and adverse drug reactions during treatment were recorded. Results: After treatment, the whole blood ratio, high shear viscosity, low shear viscosity and plasma specific viscosity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of TNF-a, IL-6 and hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The NIHSS and improved Barthel index scores of the observation group were significantly improved compared with those of the control group (P<0.05). And the incidence of adverse drug reactions was similar between the two groups during the treatment period (P>0.05). Conclusions: Nicergoline combined with vinpocetine for patients with cerebral infarction can significantly reduce the hemorheology parameters and serum inflammatory factors levels, improve the patients' coagulation function, and does not increase adverse drug reactions.
