摘要
目的了解多媒体互动教学联合以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在进修生ERCP规范化培训教学中的应用效果。方法将2015年9月-2018年9月于海军军医大学东方肝胆外科医院内镜进修医生80人分为两组进行研究。试验组采用PBL联合多媒体互动教学方法,共43人;对照组仅采用多媒体互动模式,共37人,进行半年培训后通过问卷调查、理论知识考核及ERCP操作能力考核三种形式进行教学效果评估。结果通过测评分析可知,采用联合教学模式的试验组在学员学习兴趣及能力、理论掌握及技能操作等各方面的指标优于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL联合多媒体互动教学在ERCP规范化培训教学中,优于单纯多媒体互动教学,更利于调动学员的积极性和学习创新能力。
Objective To investigate the application effect of multimedia interactive teaching combined with problem-based learning(PBL) in the ERCP standardized training of advanced students. Methods 80 enteroscopic continuing practitioners from September 2015 to September2018 in Oriental Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital of Naval Military Medical University were divided into two groups. The experimental group used PBL combined with multimedia interactive teaching method, a total of 43 people;The control group only used multimedia interaction mode, a total of 37 people. After half a year’s training, the teaching effect was evaluated through questionnaire survey, theoretical knowledge assessment and ERCP operation ability assessment. Results Through the analysis of the test scores, it can be seen that the experimental group using the combined teaching mode has better indicators in learning interest and ability, theory mastery and skill operation than the control group, and the difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion PBL combined with multimedia interactive teaching is better than pure multimedia interactive teaching in ERCP standardized training teaching,which is more conducive to mobilizing students’ enthusiasm and learning innovation ability.
