泌尿外科临床实习教学中存在的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures in the Teaching of Clinical Practice in Department of Urology Surgery

目的探讨泌尿外科临床实习教学中存在的问题与对策。方法选取来我院泌尿外科实习学生164名作为研究对象。实习时间为3个月,实习期满后均参加出科考试,并对学生进行调查问卷,了解学生在实习过程中存在的问题;与带课教师沟通,分析讨论教学过程中存在问题及改进方法。结果教师对学生的理论知识储备(75.00%)、动手能力(62.50%)及学习态度(50.00%)给出"较差",而对工作责任心,50.00%达到"一般"。75.6%的学生认为总体学习效果"较差",85.4%的学生认为理论教学效果"一般",83.5%的学生认为实践教学效果"较差"。结论研究发现泌尿外科实习教学中存在的问题并采取相应对策,提升医学生的临床实践能力,提高教师的临床教学质量。

Objective To explore the problems and countermeasures in the clinical practice of urology. Methods 164 students were selected as the study objects. After 3 months of internship, all the students participated in the examination and investigation on the problems in clinical practice.communicating with teachers to analyze and discuss the problems and improvement methods of teaching process. Results Teachers gave students a "poor" theoretical knowledge reserve(75.00%), practical ability(62.50%)and learning attitude(50.00%) while 50.00% of them have a "general" sense of responsibility for their work. 75.6% of the students thought that the overall learning effect was "poor". 85.4% of the students thought that the theoretical teaching effect was "general". 83.5% of the students thought that the practical teaching effect was "poor". Conclusion The research finds out the problems existing in the practice teaching of Urology and takes corresponding countermeasures to improve the clinical practice ability of medical students and the quality of clinical teaching of teachers.
