基层医院口腔科医院感染控制现状调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Nosocomial Infection Control in Stomatology Department of Grass-roots Hospital

目的了解基层医院口腔科医院感染控制现状,分析存在的问题并提出改进措施。方法对2018年2月-2019年1月全市30家基层医院口腔科的医院感染控制现状及消毒灭菌质量进行调查、统计、分析后,制度出口腔科医院感染管理措施。结果所调查的口腔科诊疗区域和器械清洗、消毒区域都能按要求分开,布局合理,但均未对综合治疗机水路进行消毒,部分医生着装不规范,进行细菌性检测共采样392份,平均合格率为78.32%,其中拔牙钳、2%戊二醛消毒液、扩大针检测合格,手机、水源水、小型压力蒸汽灭菌器、物体表面、医务人员手、喷枪出口水、手机出口水细菌检测合格率分别为83.33%、80.00%、80.00%、78.89%、76.67%、51.42%、43.75%。结论加强基层医院口腔科医院感染知识培训及医务人员个人防护,提高手卫生依从性,规范开展消毒灭菌监测,能有效提高口腔科医院感染管理水平,保障患者的就诊安全。

Objective To understand the current situation of nosocomial infection control in stomatology department of grass-roots hospital,analyze the existing problems and put forward the improvement measures.Methods The present situation of nosocomial infection control and the quality of disinfection and sterilization in stomatology department of 30 primary hospitals in the city from February 2018 to January 2019 were investigated, counted and analyzed, and the measures for nosocomial infection management in the department of stomatology for export were put forward. Results The disinfecting areas and instruments in the department of stomatology investigated could be separated according to the requirements and the layout was reasonable, but none of them had sterilized the waterways of the comprehensive treatment machine, some doctors had not dressed in a standard, and a total of 392 bacterial tests had been carried out. The average qualified rate was 78.32%, including tooth extraction forceps, 2% glutaral disinfectant solution, expanded needle test pass, mobile phone, source water, small pressure steam sterilizer, object surface, medical personnel hands, spray gun outlet water, the qualified rates were 83.33%, 80.00%, 80.00%, 78.89%, 76.67%, 51.42%, 43.75%.Conclusion Strengthening the training of nosocomial infection knowledge and personal protection of medical staff, improving the compliance of hand hygiene, standardizing the monitoring of disinfection and sterilization,can effectively improve the management level of nosocomial infection in stomatology and ensure the safety of patients.
