探讨影响临床化学检验分析前质量的因素及对策

Exploring the Factors Affecting the Quality of Clinical Chemistry Test Before Analysis and Countermeasures

目的探究影响临床化学检验分析前质量的因素以及提高分析前质量的对策。方法从我院2016年1月-2017年12月送检的临床样本中,随机选择77例检验结果异常的样本作为研究组,另随机选择同期送检的正常结果样本77例作为对照组。用Microsoft VFP6.0建立数据库进行统计分析,并将检验的合格率作为临床化学检验的质控标准。结果患者没有按规定准备、样本采集不规范、样本延时送检、样本适量不合格,这四种因素对分析前质量的影响高于对照组患者(P<0.05);对研究组患者异常的77例送检样本进行具体的分析,主要表现为Na^+、K^+、Cl^-异常低,CO2结合力异常低。结论患者没有按规定准备、样本采集不规范、样本延时送检、样本适量不合格,这四种因素对临床化学检验分析前质量的影响较大。

Objective To explore the factors affecting the quality before the analysis of clinical chemistry and the countermeasures to improve the quality before the analysis. Methods From January 2016 to December 2017, 77 samples with abnormal test results were randomly selected as the study group. Another 77 samples of normal results were randomly selected as control group. Microsoft VFP 6.0 was used to establish a database for statistical analysis, and the qualified rate of the test was used as the quality control standard of clinical chemical test. Results Patients did not prepare according to the regulations, sample collection was not standardized, samples were delayed to be sent for examination,and samples were not qualified. These four factors had a higher impact on the quality of patients before analysis than those in the control group(P < 0.05). 77 abnormal samples were analyzed in the study group. The main manifestations were abnormal low Na^+, K^+, Cl^-and abnormal low CO2 binding(P < 0.05). Conclusion The quality of the patients before the analysis of clinical chemistry was significantly affected by the following four factors: the sample was delayed for examination and the sample was not qualified.
