严光俊教授治疗慢性胃炎脾胃虚寒证的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Professor YAN Guangjun on Chronic Gastritis Spleen and Stomach Cold Syndrome

目的探讨严光俊教授治疗慢性胃炎脾胃虚寒证的临床疗效。方法选取2017年6月-2018年6月我院收治的60例慢性胃炎脾胃虚寒证患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组纳入30例。对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,治疗组患者采用自拟中药黄芪建中汤治疗,对比两组患者胃镜下炎性反应治疗效果及临床疗效。结果治疗组临床总有效率、胃镜下炎症反应改善总有效率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用自拟中药黄芪建中汤治疗慢性胃炎脾胃虚寒证患者,可明显提高患者的临床治疗效果,改善患者胃镜下炎症反应。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of professor YAN Guangjun in the treatment of chronic gastritis with spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome. Methods 60 cases of chronic gastritis with spleenstomach deficiency and cold syndrome admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, each group included 30 cases. The patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine. The patients in the treatment group were treated with huangqi jianzhong decoction. The therapeutic effect and clinical effect of gastroscopic inflammatory reaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate and the total effective rate of gastroscopic inflammation improvement in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The self-made Chinese medicine huangqi jianzhong decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis patients with spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of patients and improve the inflammatory response of patients under gastroscope.
