优质护理在冠心病临床护理中的应用价值探讨

The Value of Application of High Quality Nursing in Clinical Nursing of Coronary Heart Disease

目的了解优质护理在冠心病临床护理中的应用价值。方法选取我院2017年1月-2018年1月收治的64例冠心病患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。对照组给予传统护理,优质护理组进行了优质护理服务。比较两组患者的满意情况;冠心病知识的了解程度、冠心病治疗配合度;护理前后焦虑和抑郁心理状态、生存质量的指标;不良心血管事件出现率。结果优质护理组满意情况、焦虑和抑郁心理状态、生存质量的指标、冠心病知识的了解程度、冠心病治疗配合度、不良心血管事件出现率均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者实施优质护理服务效果确切,可有效改善患者的病情,提高其对疾病的认知,并有效改善心功能以及生存质量。

Objective To understand the application value of quality nursing in clinical nursing of coronary heart disease. Methods 64 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given traditional nursing. The high-quality nursing group provided high-quality nursing services. The satisfaction, the degree of knowledge about coronary heart disease, the degree of cooperation in the treatment of coronary heart disease, the psychological state of anxiety and depression before and after nursing, the indicators of quality of life, the occurrence rate of adverse cardiovascular events of two groups of patients were compared. Results The satisfaction, anxiety and depression, quality of life indicators, knowledge of coronary heart disease, treatment coordination of coronary heart disease and incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the high-quality nursing group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of quality nursing services in patients with coronary heart disease is effective, which can effectively improve the patient’s condition, improve their knowledge of the disease, and effectively improve heart function and quality of life.
