悬吊运动疗法结合针灸治疗脑卒中后平衡功能障碍的临床观察

Suspending exercise therapy combined with acupuncture and moxibustion for post-stroke balance dysfunction

目的通过对脑卒中偏瘫患者应用悬吊运动疗法结合针灸治疗,以探讨对改善脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡功能的影响。方法选择2017年3月至2018年3月威海市中心医院康复医学科接受康复治疗的脑卒中偏瘫患者60例,按照随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。两组均行常规康复治疗,治疗组联合应用悬吊运动疗法结合针灸治疗,治疗前后对BBS、FMA、ADL、10 mMWS进行评分。结果治疗8周后,两组BBS、FMA、ADL、10 mMws评分均较治疗前提高(均P<0.05),两组治疗后组间比较,治疗组患者的各项评分均明显高于对照组患者(均P<0.05)。结论悬吊运动疗法结合针灸治疗能够进一步促进脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡功能的恢复。

Objective To explore suspending exercise therapy combined with acupuncture and moxibustion for stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods Sixty patients with hemiplegia who underwent rehabilitation treatment from March 2017 to March 2018 at the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, Weihai Central Hospital were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group using a random number table method. The two groups were treated with conventional rehabilitation, and the treatment group was treated with suspending exercise therapy, acupuncture, and moxibustion. BBS, FMA, ADL, and 10mMWS were scored before and after treatment. Results After 8 weeks’ treatment, the scores of BBS, lower limb Fugl-Meyer, ADL, and 10 m maximum walking speed were improved (all P < 0.05), and were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Suspension exercise therapy combined with acupuncture and moxibusiton for stroke patients with hemiplegia can promote their recovery of balance function.
