丹参川芎嗪注射液联合西洛他唑治疗腔隙性脑梗死患者的疗效分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探究丹参川芎嗪注射液联合西洛他唑治疗腔隙性脑梗死患者的疗效。方法选取本院2016年1月至2018年1月腔隙性脑梗死患者50例,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组(n=25)与观察组(n=25);对照组给予西洛他唑治疗,观察组给予丹参川芎嗪注射液联合西洛他唑治疗;对比两组疗效及治疗前后长谷川智能量表(HDS)评分、脑血管功能(血液流入时间、脑血流量)、血液流变学指标(血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、全血黏度切变率)、脂联素(APN)、内皮素(ET)-1、血栓素B2(TXB2)水平。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组HDS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血液流入时间短于对照组,脑血流量高于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗后观察组血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、全血黏度切变率均低于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗后观察组ET-1、TXB2水平低于对照组,APN水平高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液联合西洛他唑治疗腔隙性脑梗死患者,可抗动脉粥样硬化,改善血液流变学、脑血管功能,增强认知功能,保护内皮功能,疗效显著。 Objective To explore the efficacy of salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection combined with cilostazol in the treatment of patients with lacunar infarction. Methods 50 patients with lacunar infarction treated at our hospital from January, 2016 to January, 2018 were selected and divided into a control group (n=25) and an observation group (n=25) according to different treatments. The control group was treated with cilostazol, and the observation group with salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection and cilostazol. The treatment efficacy as well as the Hasegawa Intelligent Scale (HDS) score, cerebrovascular function (blood inflow time and cerebral blood flow), hemorheology indicators (plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, whole blood viscosity shear rate), and the levels of levels adiponectin (APN), endothelin (ET)-1, thromboxane B2 (TXB2) before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After the treatment, the HDS score, cerebral blood flow, and APN level were higher, the blood inflow time was shorter, and the plasma viscosity, fibrinogen and whole blood viscosity shear rate as well as the levels of ET-1 and TXB2 were lower in the observation group than in the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection combined with cilostazole in the treatment of patients with lacunar cerebral infarction can resist atherosclerosis, improve hemorheology and cerebrovascular function, enhance cognitive function, and protect endothelial function, and is remarkably effective.
