PP在熔融沉积成型工艺中的应用

摘要 选取不同结构的聚丙烯(PP),加入不同的填料或助剂、其他聚合物,用熔融沉积成型(FDM)打印机测试不同体系的打印性能,并对改性PP进行了力学性能测试。结果表明:收缩率是FDM打印工艺最重要的指标,收缩率在1%左右的PP,加入木粉、纳米碳酸钙、聚碳酸酯有利于降低收缩率,可改善打印产品的质量;对于收缩率较低的PP体系,纳米碳酸钙和石油树脂的协同作用不仅降低了PP的收缩率,还减弱了材料的各向异性;对于中试PP试样,纳米碳酸钙的改善作用不明显,单独加入石油树脂HPN-600ei后,改性PP的收缩率降低,并减弱了各向异性。 Polypropylene(PP) in different structure were modified by mixing with different fillers, additives or other polymers. Fused deposition molding(FDM) machine was used to examine the printing performance of the modified PP. The mechanical properties of the modified materials were characterized. The results show that the shrinkage rate of PP is the key factor that determines the printing behavior of FDM. The addition of wood powder,nano-scaled calcium carbonate and polycarbonate helps to reduce the shrinkage rate and improve the appearance of printed PP products whose shrinkage are 1%. The synergistic effect of nano-scaled CaCO3 and petroleum resin deceases the shrinkage rate and anisotropy of the PP system with low shrinkage. The addition of petroleum resin HPN-600ei reduces the shrinkage rate and anisotropy of the pilot PP samples,while CaCO3 exerts little effect.
