大豆油与松香联合化学改性酚醛树脂的合成 被引量:1

摘要 研究了对叔丁基酚与特辛基酚摩尔比、环氧大豆油用量、酚醛浆用量、多元胺催化剂N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺用量、大豆油基多元醇用量、酯化催化剂用量等对大豆油与松香联合化学改性酚醛树脂性能的影响。结果表明,最佳原料配比:甲阶酚醛预聚体酚醛浆25.00phr,环氧大豆油20.00phr,松香30.00phr,多元胺催化剂0.15phr,大豆油基多元醇25.00phr,酯化催化剂Li2O 0.60phr,在酯化温度280℃,酯化时间12h时,合成的改性酚醛树脂黏度为0.0402m^2/s,软化温度为188℃,正庚烷值为15.5mL/2g,酸值为4.7mg/g。 The factors affecting the properties of the soybean oil-rosin combined chemically modified phenolic resin were observed,which include the ratio of p-tert-butyl phenol to teroctyl phenol,the amount of epoxy soybean oil,phenolic slurry,polyamine catalyst of N,N-dimethyl-1,3-propane diamine,soybean oil polyols and catalyst. The results show that the optimum ratio of the feedstock are as follows:the phenolic slurry of phenolic prepolymer is 25.00 phr,epoxy soybean oil 20.00 phr,rosin 30.00 phr,polyamine catalyst 0.15 phr,soybean oil polyols 25.00 phr,and esterification catalyst Li2O 0.60 phr. The viscosity of the modified phenolic resin is 0.040 2 m^2/s,whose softening point is 188 ℃,n-heptane value is 15.5 mL/2 g and acid value of 4.72 mg/g at 280 ℃ for 12 h.
