摘要 将聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)与纳米碳纤维(CNFs)进行预处理,采用溶液法制备PET/CNFs复合乳液,涂覆于聚四氟乙烯板上风干,得到PET/CNFs复合膜,研究了该复合膜的阻透性能。结果表明:随着CNFs含量的增加,PET/CNFs复合膜在同一湿度下的氧气透过率略有增大,加入CNFs改善了PET薄膜的水蒸气阻透性能,提升了PET薄膜的耐紫外光透过能力;在保持湿度不变的情况下,环境温度越高,二氧化碳透过率越大,且复合膜的厚度对二氧化碳透过率影响较大;加入CNFs对复合膜的阻油性起反作用,复合膜的透油率大幅增加。 Pretreated polyethylene terephthalate(PET) and nano carbon fibers(CNFs) were used to prepare PET solution and CNFs solution respectively. Then compound emulsion was prepared by solution method. The PET/CNFs composite membrane was obtained by coating the emulsion on the polytetrafluoroethylene plate after air drying. The barrier property of PET/CNFs composite membrane was observed. The results show that the oxygen permeability of the composite membrane is improved slightly under the same humidity when the CNFs content increases. The incorporation of CNFs improves the water vapor permeability and enhances the UV permeability effectively. It is found that under the same humidity,the higher temperature is,the greater CO2 permeability of the membrane has,and the thickness of the membrane exerts impact on the CO2 permeability. The addition of CNFs increases the oil penetration rate of the membrane significantly while counteracts the oil resistance.
