摘要 为了实现注塑机在复杂环境下的高速、稳定运行,以及降低生产成本,设计了一种小型注塑机机械手辅助装置,以辅助塑料制品的提取,通过单片机控制电机实现机械手的伸缩、升降状态,利用真空吸盘将目标工件吸取出来。结果表明:该系统可以实现将目标工件精准提取并转移至目标位置的功能,促进了注塑行业的快速发展,对传统工业的发展具有一定的研究意义。 A small manipulator used for injection molding machine was designed to realize high-speed and stable operation of the machine under complex conditions as well as to liberate labor and reduce production costs. This device helps to extract plastic products and realize the motion of the manipulator by the single-chip controlled motor. The targeted parts can be extracted by vacuum sucker. The experimental results show that the system can realize the accurate extracting and transferring of the targeted part to the target position,which promotes the rapid development of the injection molding industry and traditional industry.
