摘要
双道打捆机是一种用于大型钢管精整包装的全自动化设备,其抽丝拉紧到位工艺的优良对打捆的成败至关重要。介绍了送抽丝液压系统结构和原理,建立了AMESim模型,对抽丝马达输出转速和扭矩等系统特性进行了仿真,并分析了系统溢流压力对抽丝马达工作特性的影响。
Double-groove automatic binding machine is a kind of automatic equipment for packing large steel pipes. A process that the steel wire is drawn tense is important for succeeding to finish binding. The paper introduces the structure and principle of wire-fed and wire-drawn hydraulic system and establishes its AMESim model. Characteristics of the motor's output speed and torque and system's overflow pressure influence on working of the motor are simulated and analysed.
