液压冲击机构活塞泄漏量的影响因素权重分析 被引量:2

摘要 为分析液压冲击机构泄漏量影响因素权重,结合同心及偏心环形缝隙流动理论,确定影响因素包括密封长度、间隙高度、均压槽的宽深比和数量、活塞偏心量以及压差等因素。通过正交试验搭建16组数学模型,基于计算流体力学数值模拟的方法,研究分析了环缝间隙内的流动状态。利用方差分析对仿真结果进行处理,结果表明间隙高度对液压冲击机构内泄漏影响最大;压差、均压槽宽深比、密封长度以及槽的数量对内泄漏量影响依次减小;活塞的偏心对泄漏量影响最小。这为液压冲击机构减少泄漏量的设计提供了参考。 Leakage hydraulic impact mechanism analysis for the factors affecting the amount of weight, combined with concentric and eccentric annular gap flow theory, determining the influencing factors including sealing gap length, height, the width of equalizing tank depth ratio and the quantity, the piston of eccentricity and pressure factors. Through the orthogonal test, 16 sets of mathematical models were built, and the flow state in the interstitial gap was analyzed based on the numerical simulation method of computational fluid dynamics. The results show that the clearance height has the greatest influence on the leakage of hydraulic impact mechanism. The influence of pressure difference, average depth ratio, seal length and number of slots are less than that of internal leakage. The eccentricity of the piston has minimal impact on the leakage. This provides a reference for the design of hydraulic impact mechanism to reduce leakage.
