摘要 为提高QLY轮式起重机控制驾驶室俯仰液压系统(简称:QLY起重机驾驶室液压系统)性能,该文介绍了QLY起重机驾驶室液压系统工作原理,并在此基础上对QLY起重机驾驶室液压系统系统进行分析,利用AMESim软件对QLY起重机驾驶室液压系统建立模型,对QLY起重机驾驶室液压系统的参数进行设定,通过系统模型进行动态特性仿真,并且,通过理论计算验证了AMESim仿真的可行性,通过分析结果,来优化和完善QLY起重机驾驶室液压系统,同时为同类型产品提供设计依据。 In order to improve the performance of QLY wheeled crane control cab pitching hydraulic system, this paper introduces the working principle of QLY crane cab hydraulic system, and analyzes the hydraulic system of QLY crane cab on this basis, and uses AMESim software to hydraulic system of QLY crane cab. The system establishes the model, sets the parameters of the hydraulic system of the cab of QLY crane, simulates the dynamic characteristics through the system model, and verifies the feasibility of AMESim simulation through theoretical calculation. Through the analysis of the results, the hydraulic system of the cab of QLY crane is optimized and perfected, and the same type of products are provided. It is based on the basis.
