摘要
为提高工业生产过程中数据传输的可靠性,针对目前应用广泛的以太网、CAN总线两种通讯方式,选取STM32F407ZET6作为主控芯片,结合W5500全硬件TCP/IP嵌入式以太网控制器,设计出具有双冗余以太网、CAN总线通信方式的动态仿真节点。基于Qt开发出监测节点信息的上位机软件,实现对节点信息的实时监测和对节点状态的配置。实验证明,该系统可实现以太网、CAN总线间冗余路由的快速切换,提高了数据传输的可靠性。
In order to improve the reliability of data transmission in industrial production processing,aiming at two widely used communication modes,which are Ethernet and CAN bus,dynamic simulation node with dual redundant Ethernet and CAN bus communication is built.STM32F407ZET6 is selected as the main control chip,and combined with W5500 full hardware TCP/IP embedded Ethernet controller.Based on Qt,the host computer software for monitoring node information is developed to realize real-time monitoring of node information and configuration of node status.
