摘要
介绍了一种基于数据心跳包的自控化控制网络诊断系统,它以某个PLC为核心节点,周期性地巡检系统中多个PLC分控站、智能仪表,通过监测心跳包、通信状态等各种通信特征,依据事先设定的故障诊断算法智能化地判断自动化控制网络的故障节点及故障设备情况。
This paper introduces a diagnosis system of automatic control network based on data heartbeat packet.It takes a PLC as the core node.and periodically inspects several PLC sub-stations and intelligent instruments in the system.By monitoring various communication characteristics such as heartbeat packet and communication status.it intelligently judges the fault nodes of automatic control network according to the pre-set fault diagnosis algorithm.and the malfunction of the equipment.
