摘要
植物(蔬菜)补光技术是提高现代设施农业发展水平的关键环节,为了节约能源,结合光学知识和植物学知识进行了LED蔬菜补光灯的设计。在设计蔬菜LED补光灯时,分析常见蔬菜生长的光合作用参量,针对具体的蔬菜生长光环境需求,结合LED发光理论和发光特性,根据LED芯片的不同光质,设计蔬菜LED补光灯总体方案,然后计算其光照强度和光照范围最后通过光学软件Tracepro仿真分析验证设计的光照度和光照范围,在满足蔬菜-芽苗菜的基础上,达到了节约能源的目的。
This paper combines optical knowledge and botany knowledge to design LED vegetable fill light.In the design of vegetable LED fill light,this paper analyzes the photosynthesis parameters of common vegetable growth,according to the specific vegetable growth light environment demand,combined with LED light emission theory and light-emitting characteristics,according to the different light treatment of LED chips,designs vegetable LED fill light overall the scheme,then calculate its light intensity and light comfort,and finally verify the design's illuminance and illumination range through the optical software Tracepro simulation analysis,and achieve the goal of saving energy on the basis of satisfying the vegetable-sprout.
