摘要
通过对加固计算机噪声源和频谱特性分析,提出了降低加固计算机风机噪声的被动式消声技术途径,将泡沫铝吸声技术和微孔板共振腔消声技术融合,开展了基于通孔泡沫铝的复合消声风机罩的消声性能、频率特性研究。降低了加固计算机的噪声5~7dB(A),采用泡沫铝吸声技术和微孔板共振腔消声技术有效降低了加固计算机噪声,突破了宽频带、高消声性能复合风机罩设计技术,为加固高性能计算机、服务器研制提供了技术支撑。
Based on the analysis of the noise source and spectrum characteristics of the rugged computer,a passive silencer technique for reducing the fan noise of the rugged computer is proposed in this paper.The foam aluminum sound silencer technology and the micro-perforated panel resonator silencer are combined to carry out the study of micro-axle flow fan composite silencer performance and frequency characteristics,reduce the noise of rugged computer 5 ~7 dB.Noise control technology to effectively reduce the intensity of axle flow fan noise used in the rugged computer to develop,breaking the high frequency band,high silencer performance composite fan cover design technology.
