摘要
青年公务员作为一个特殊的职业群体,其心理健康状况不仅直接关系到个体的完善和发展,而且从很大程度上影响着党和政府的执政能力与水平。面对工作阅历缺乏和工作责任重大的矛盾,青年公务员往往承受了许多精神压力和心理负担。提高其心理调适能力,保持健康的心理状态投入工作尤其重要。这既需要个人做到目标、时间、学习、行动和心态的有效管理,又需要组织加强对青年公务员的目标引导,有针对性地开展能力培训锻炼,帮助他们养成良好工作心态,为青年公务员心理减压。
As a special occupational group, the young civil servants’mental health status is not only directly related to the improvement and development of the individuals, but also affects the party and government's governing capacity and level to a large extent. Faced with the contradiction between the lack of work experience and the heavy responsibility of work, young civil servants often suffer from a lot of mental stress and psychological burden. It is especially important to improve their psychological adaptation and maintain a healthy psychological state. This requires the individuals to achieve effective management of goals, time, learning, action and mentality, and also needs to organize and strengthen the goal guidance for young civil servants, carry out targeted training to help them develop a good working attitude and reduce the psychological stress of young civil servants.
