聚合物驱不同可采储量评价方式对开发经济评价的影响 被引量:4

摘要 大庆油田已实施聚合物驱开发多年,随着投入开发区块油层条件变差,开发效果也逐渐变差,如何准确评价聚合物驱油的经济效益是亟待解决的问题。通过分析聚合物驱不同可采储量评价方式下固定资产折耗率的变化情况,筛选出利用化学剂用量计算可采储量作为固定资产折耗率的计算方法。该方法在固定油价和变油价下的内部收益率、净现值等经济指标均优于一次性算足可采储量的方法,更加符合聚合物驱油的产能区块开发特点,能够客观评价产能区块经济效益。使用该方法可使油田储量资产保值或增值,避免错误投资决策发生,确保聚合物驱油技术顺利实施,释放更多的开发潜力。 For many years of the polymer flooding in Daqing Oilfield, with the deterioration of the reservoir conditions in the developed blocks, the development effects have gradually deteriorated as well, how to accurately evaluate the economic benefits of the polymer flooding is the urgent problem to be solved. Through the analyses of the change of the fixed-assets depreciation rate for different evaluating methods of the recoverable reserve by the polymer flooding, the method of calculating the recoverable reserve with the help of the chemical agent dosage was selected as the calculating method of the fixed-assets depreciation rate. This method is superior to the lump sum method of calculating the recoverable reserve in terms of both the internal rate of return and net present value under the conditions of fixed and variable oil prices, so it is more in line with the development characteristics of the productivity blocks by the polymer flooding and can objectively evaluate the economic benefit of the blocks. With the help of this method, the reserve assets of the oilfield can be preserved or increased, the wrong investment decision can be avoided, the smooth implementation of the polymer flooding technique can be ensured, and more development potential can be released.
