摘要
描述了3例无氰碱性镀锌故障(包括三价铬黑色钝化后出现白点,三价铬白色钝化后偏暗和有黑点,以及三价铬黑色钝化后表面粗糙)的排除过程,给出了解决措施。
The troubleshooting processes for three cases of failure in cyanide-free alkaline zinc electroplating were introduced, including white dot formation after black trivalent-chromium passivation, dull appearance and black dot formation after white trivalent-chromium passivation, and rough surface formation after black trivalent-chromium passivation. Corresponding solutions were given.
