A Life Estimation Method of Battery Based on Checking Discharge

给出了一种基于核对性放电的蓄电池寿命估算方法,使用投运数据作为参考,结合蓄电池放电倍率、蓄电池温度和蓄电池内阻等参数,以核对性放电为标定,以短时放电容量和内阻为辅助,在蓄电池放电时测算蓄电池容量,进而综合估算蓄电池寿命。为验证此方法的有效性,设计了以飞思卡尔i.MX283为核心的蓄电池组在线监测系统。通过对通信机房的蓄电池组进行测量,预测机房内蓄电池的寿命,其与实际蓄电池寿命基本相符,在实际应用中具有良好的参考意义。

A method of battery life estimation based on checking discharge is presented,which uses operation data as reference,combines the parameters of battery discharge rate,battery temperature and internal resistance,takes checking discharge as calibration,short-term discharge capacity and internal resistance as auxiliary,calculates battery capacity when battery discharges,and then estimates battery life comprehensively. To verify the effectiveness of this method,an on-line battery monitoring system based on Freescale I. MX283 is designed. By measuring the battery group in the communication room,the life of the battery in the room is predicted,which is basically consistent with the actual life of the battery,and has good reference significance in practical application.
