摘要 一分为二地看待"动态电压瞬变范围"检验项目,即视其包含两个同名的小项目,并且提出一种新的检验结果表达形式。在两个条件下,得到两个相对误差检测数值(BV_1和BV_2)。假设在BV_1与BV_2之外,还存在着二个相对误差为零的数值,零表示输出电压在同等条件下没有发生相对变化。BV_1与BV_2的绝对值是相对误差的最大值,而最小值是零。检验结果的表达形式是"0~BV_1"和"0~BV_2"。在最小值与最大值之间还包含许多量值,从而体现了检验数据对UPS在正常工作状态中所可能发生的"输出电压瞬变"度量数值的指导意义。最后,把零省略,用"BV_1"和"BV_2"表示所在检验条件下的"动态电压瞬变范围"检验结果。 The dynamic voltage transient range test item is divided into two parts,that is,it contains two small items with the same name,and a new expression of test results is proposed. Under two conditions,two relative error detection values (BV1 and BV2) are obtained. Assuming that there are two values with zero relative error besides BV1 and BV2,zero means that the output voltage does not change relatively under the same conditions. The absolute value of BV1 and BV2 is the maximum relative error,while the minimum value is zero. The expression forms of test results are "0-BV1" and "0-BV2". There are many quantities between the minimum and the maximum,which reflects the guiding significance of the test data for the "output voltage transient" measurements that may occur in UPS under normal working conditions. Finally,zero is omitted and "BV1" and "BV2" are used to express the test results of "dynamic voltage transient range" under the test conditions.
