利用车驾管业务系统、业务监管系统、评价系统、音视频监控系统以及车驾管舆情收集系统形成"车驾管大数据中心",实现包括信息采集、研判分析、科学决策、监管督导、宣传公开以及跟踪问效等功能,全面掌握车驾管业务,实现业务全部留痕和过程全面监管。
Driving Management Business System,Business Supervision System,Evaluation System,Audio-visual Monitoring System and Driving Management Public Opinion Collection System are used to form "Driving Management Big Data Center". It is used to realize the functions of information collection,research and analysis,scientific decision-making, supervision,publicity and follow-up,etc.,to master the driving and management business in an all-round way,and to realize the overall supervision of the business and process.
