摘要 随着电网结构的日益繁杂,应急情况下的电网运行方式快速调整和日常电力调度业务所需处理信息大量增加,不仅增加了电力调度工作人员压力,而且提高了电网的运行风险。因此,提出一类电网的运行方式辅助决策和风险评估体系,能够对电力调度工作人员进行辅助决策电网运行方式编排等工作,也能够对电网的运行方式潜在的风险实施定量评价,且在风险转变成电网事故后能够快速选取最优的运行方式恢复电网设备供电。辅助决策系统运用的目的是减少电力调度工作人员工作压力,降低电网运行风险。 With the increasingly complex structure of the power grid,the rapid adjustment of the operation mode of the power grid in emergency situations and the processing information required for daily power dispatching business increase greatly,which not only increases the pressure of power dispatching staff,but also raises the operational risk of the power grid. Therefore,a kind of auxiliary decision-making and risk assessment system for power grid operation mode is proposed, which can assist power dispatching staff in decision-making of power grid operation mode arrangement and other work. It can also quantitatively evaluate the potential risks of power grid operation mode,and quickly select the optimal operation mode to restore power supply of power grid equipment after the risk changes into power grid accident. The purpose of assistant decision-making system is to reduce the work pressure of power dispatching staff and reduce the risk of power grid operation.
