失能老人家庭照护者的社会支持研究——基于北京市的分析

A Study on the Social Support for Family Caregivers of the Disabled Elders:on the Basis of the Analysis of Beijing

随着失能老年人口规模的攀升,家庭照护者的重要性日益凸显且迫切需要社会支持。以北京市失能老人的家庭照护者为研究对象,分析大型调查数据和深度访谈资料,发现失能老人家庭照护者呈现偏女性化、压力多元化、责任分工差序化、照护内容互补化的特征,面临价值冲突、身份融合、家庭决策、资源贫困和家庭政策之困境,以北京市的研究为基础提出了以"家庭友好型政策支持""信息和组织平台构建支持""整合照护服务支持"和"法律支持"为框架的失能老人家庭照护者社会支持体系。

With the increase of the population size of the disabled elder, family caregivers are of increasing im. portance and in urgent need of social support. According to the analysis of the large-scale survey data and indepth interview materials, this study takes family caregivers of the disabled elders in Beijing as the object of study, and finds that family caregivers of the disabled elders show the characteristics of partial feminization, di. versification of the pressure, differentiation of the division of responsibilities, and complementation of care con. tents, and that family caregivers of the disabled elders face the value conflict dilemma, the identity fusion dilem. ma, the family decision dilemma, the resource poverty dilemma, and the family policy dilemma. On the basis of the analysis of Beijing, this study proposes a system of the social support for family caregivers of the disabled el. ders, composed of family-friendly policy support, information and organizational platform construction support, integrated care services support, and legal support.
