严重痔疮患者接受吻合器痔疮手术治疗效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Hemorrhoid Surgery with Stapler in Patients with Severe Hemorrhoids

目的探究采用吻合器痔疮手术对严重痔疮患者的疗效。方法选取2015年6月—2018年6月间162例前来洛阳新区人民医院就医的严重痔疮患者作为本次研究对象,所有患者随机分入研究组、对照组,各有患者81例,前者采取吻合器痔疮手术、后者运用传统手术,观察两组疗效,统计两组各项手术指标,记录两组并发症情况。结果研究组疗效较对照组更高(93.83%>75.31%),P<0.05;研究组术中出血量、手术时间、术后切口愈合时间均较对照组更低,各项手术指标表现良好,P<0.05;对照组并发症概率为22.22%,而研究组出现并发症的几率较低,为9.88%,P<0.05。结论采取吻合器痔疮手术后,严重痔疮患者疗效有显著提高,且恢复速度更快,并发症更少。

Objective To explore the curative effect of stapler hemorrhoid operation on patients with severe hemorrhoids. Methods 162 patients with severe hemorrhoids in the hospital from June,2015 to June,2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group with 81 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received the traditional operation,and patients in study group received hemorrhoid surgery. The curative effect of the two groups was observed,and the complications of the two groups were recorded. Results The curative effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group(93.83% > 75.31%),P < 0.05. The amount of intraoperative bleeding and the time of operation were lower in the study group than in the control group. The postoperative wound healing time was lower than that in the control group(P< 0.05),and the probability of complications in the control group was 22.22%,while that in the study group was 9.88%,P< 0.05. Conclusion The curative effect of patients with severe hemorrhoids after hemorrhoid operation with stapler improves significantly,the recovery rate is faster,and the complications are less.
