Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effects of insulin pump subcutaneous injection and multiple insulin subcutaneous injection in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM). Methods 90 cases with GDM treated in the hospital from March,2016 to March,2018 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods. The control group were treated with multiple subcutaneous insulin injection, and the observation group were treated with subcutaneous insulin pump injection. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Time of blood glucose returning to standard level of the observation group was shorter than the control group. The blood glucose levels were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the incidence of maternal and infant complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(8.89% vs 28.89%). There was statistically significant difference. Conclusion Compared with multiple subcutaneous insulin injection, insulin pump subcutaneous injection has higher clinical efficacy and application value in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus, and can effectively control the blood glucose level of patients and reduce the probability of maternal and infant complications.
