摘要
目的探讨对初产妇实施助产士教育及模拟分娩对最终分娩结局的影响。方法选取2016年1月—2018年1月东莞市第三人民医院接收的100例初产妇为研究对象;根据电脑随机分组方法将100初产妇分为观察组与对照组,每组各50例。对照组实施常规产前宣教,观察组实施助产士个体化教育及模拟分娩,比较两组护理效果。结果资料统计显示,观察组各产程时间、产后2h出血量均低于对照组;新生儿Apagar评分、自然分娩率均高于对照组,各项数据组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对初产妇实施助产士门诊个体化教育联合模拟分娩,可有效提升自然分娩率,方法值得在临床中借鉴。
Objective To probe into the influence of individualized education of midwife outpatient combined with simulated childbirth in delivery outcome for primipara. Methods 100 cases of primiparas and who received in the hospital from January,2016 to January,2018 were selected as the research objects,and 100 cases of primiparas were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the computer random grouping method,with 50 cases in each group. The control group received the routine prenatal education,while the observation group received individualized education of midwives combined with simulated childbirth.Then,the nursing effect were compared between the two groups. Results The statistics showed that the each time of duration of labor and the amount of 2 h bleeding in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The neonatal Apagar score and spontaneous delivery rate were higher than those in the control group,and the data between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of indindividualized education of midwife outpatient combined with simulated childbirth in primipara can effectively improve the rate of spontaneous delivery,thus the method is worth learning in clinic.
