Objective To explore the effect of unprotected perineum delivery in improving the rate of natural delivery of parturient. Methods According to the digital table method,80 cases of parturient delivered in the hospital were randomly divided into reference group and test group, with equal number in each case. Among them, the reference group used the traditional perineal protection method, and the test group used the unprotected perineal delivery method. The effect of delivery in two groups was evaluated. Results The natural delivery rate in the test group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that in the reference group(77.50%),the difference was statistically significant. The degree of perineal laceration in the test group was significantly better than that in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant. Compared with the control group, the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the test group was significantly less, the duration of the second stage of labor and the hospitalization time were significantly shorter, and the VAS score of the first day postpartum was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of unprotected perineum delivery in parturient can not only promote the increase of natural delivery rate, but also reduce the degree of perineum laceration and postpartum bleeding, which is beneficial to postpartum recovery.
