摘要
目的通过在石膏模型上和仿头模模型上备牙提高口腔专业医学生的临床动手能力。方法从近一年的研究生、本科生、进修生中选择学生作为对照组和实验组,在石膏模型和仿头模模型上制备烤瓷牙预备。结果石膏模型和仿头模模型备牙的学生成绩明显高于普通教学模式的学生成绩。结论在口腔专业临床教学方面采取石膏模型和仿头模教学方法,能提高学生的临床操作技能,对教学有指导意义。
Objective To improve the clinical practice ability of medical students by preparing teeth on plaster model and imitation head model. Methods The postgraduate,undergraduate and advanced students were selected as the control group and the experimental group for the past year. Dental porcelain teeth were prepared on the model and on the imitating head to evaluate the significance of the experiment. Results The students’ scores on the plaster model and the imitation model were significantly higher than those in the general teaching mode. Conclusion In clinical teaching,the teaching of plaster model and imitation head model can better improve the students’ clinical operation skills and theoretical practice,which is of guiding significance for the teaching.
