应用单边外固定支架骨搬运技术治疗骨缺损患者的围手术期护理

Perioperative nursing for patients with bone defect treated with unilateral external fixation scaffold bone transport technique

目的探讨单边外固定支架骨搬运技术治疗骨缺损的围手术期护理方法。方法选择于2014年7月—2017年7月在北华大学附属医院骨外二科收治的20例骨缺损患者应用单边外固定支架骨搬运技术治疗,并配合做好围术期护理工作,包括术前护理,术后心理辅导,骨延长期护理,针道护理,疼痛护理,功能锻炼,出院指导及长期随访等。结果20例患者均获得随访,随访时间12~45个月,平均21个月,未出现神经、血管损伤等并发症,所有骨折得到骨性愈合。结论单边外固定支架骨搬运技术是治疗骨缺损的有效方法,由于治疗周期长,患者依从性较差,采取严密综合的围手术期护理有利于患者康复,是保障骨搬运治疗效果的前提和关键。

Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing method for the treatment of bone defects with unilateral external fixation scaffold bone transport technology. Methods 20 patients with bone defects admitted to the hospital from July,2014 to July,2017 were treated with unilateral external fixation bone grafting technique, and cooperated with perioperative nursing work, including preoperative nursing,postoperative psychological counseling,extended bone care, needle care, pain care, functional exercise, discharge guidance and long-term follow-up. Results All the 20 patients were followed up for 12~45 months, with an average of 21 months. No complications such as nerve and vascular injury occurred, and all fractures were healed. Conclusion The unilateral external fixation bone grafting technique is an effective method for the treatment of bone defects. Due to the long treatment period and poor patient compliance, strict and comprehensive perioperative nursing is beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients, which is the premise and key point of ensuring the effect of bone transport treatment.
