摘要
目的分析脂联素水平变化及脂联素rs1063539和rs3821799基因多态性与广东地区2型糖尿病的相关性。方法收集广医二院新发单纯2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者180例为病例组,健康人群192例为对照组,比较两组血清脂联素水平及rs1063539位点(C/G)、rs3821799位点(C/T)基因型分布频率,作Logistic回归分析。结果 T2DM组血清脂联素水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001),T2DM组的血清甘油三酯明显高于对照组,高密度脂蛋白明显低于对照组,差异皆有统计学意义(P=0.01,P=0.03)。rs1063539基因型的分布频率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),rs3821799基因型的分布频率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。T2DM组rs1063539各基因型对应的TG差异皆有统计学意义(P=0.04,P=0.01),T2DM组rs3821799各基因型对应的生化指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脂联素可能与T2DM的发生发展密切相关;可作为评价T2DM的一种新指标。rs1063539病例组与对照组的基因型差异有统计学意义,提示rs1063539多态性可能与T2DM相关,GC基因型者具有较高的T2DM易感性。脂联素rs3821799基因型可能与广东地区T2DM的发生不相关。
Objective To explore the relationship among the changes of adiponectin levels,adiponectin SNPs rs1063539,rs3821799 and type2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) in Guangdong. Methods Totally 180 cases of newly diagnosed T2DM patients were enrolled as T2DM group and 192 healthy subjects as control group. The distribution frequency of adiponectin rs1063539 locus A/T and rs3821799 locus A/G between the two groups was compared,and then Logistic regression analysis was conducted. Results The adiponectin level of T2DM group was significantly higher than that of control group(P = 0.001). Serum TG was significantly higher in the T2DM group than that in the control group and HDL?C were significantly lower than that in the control group(P = 0.01 and 0.03,respectively) and the differences were statistically significant. The difference of the frequency distribution of rs10635391 genotype between the two groups had statistical significance( P < 0.05)but the difference of the frequency distribution of rs3821799 genotype had no statistical significance(P > 0.05). The rs1063539 genotype of T2DM group corresponding biochemical indicators indexed triglycerides(TG) had statistical difference(P = 0.04, 0.01,respectively). The rs3821799 genotype of T2DM group corresponding biochemical indicators had no statistical difference(P > 0.05). Conclusions Adiponectin could be used as a new index to evaluate insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes. rs1063539 genotype has correlation with T2DM in Guangdong and GC may have a higher susceptibility to type 2 diabetes. Adiponectin rs3821799 genotype has no correlation with T2DM in Guangdong.
