养老机构护理安全管理指标体系的构建

Construction of Nursing Safety Management Index System in Old Age Institutions

目的探讨养老机构护理安全管理指标体系的构建。方法在准确掌握养老机构护理安全管理指标基本体系的基础上,采用文献检索法、半结构式访谈法等方式筛选并确立指标权重,建立科学、合理、有效的养老机构护理安全管理指标体系。结果经1、2轮问卷调查的问卷回收率为100.00%,专辑权威指数为0.91,最终确立4个一级指标,8个二级指标,9个三级指标。结论该研究中最终确立的养老机构护理安全管理指标体系科学性、实用性和可靠性均较强,可为该养老机构护理安全管理指标体系的构建提供科学、合理、有效的护理安全管理体系理论依据。

Objective To explore the construction of nursing safety management index system for old-age care institutions.Methods On the basis of accurately grasping the basic system of nursing safety management indicators of old-age care institutions, the literature search method and semi-structured interview method were used to screen and establish index weights, and establish a scientific, reasonable and effective nursing safety management index system for old-age care institutions. Results After 1 or 2 rounds of questionnaire survey, the recovery rate was 100.00%, and the album authority index was 0.91. Finally, 4 first-level indicators, 8 second-level indicators and 9 third-level indicators were established. Conclusion The nursing safety management index system of the old-age care institution finally established in this study is scientific, practical and reliable. It can provide a scientific, reasonable and effective nursing safety management system theory for the construction of the nursing safety management index system of the old-age institution.
