体验式案例教学法在儿科护生临床护理技能教学中的应用 被引量:21

摘要 目的:探讨体验式案例教学法在儿科护生临床护理技能教学中的应用效果。方法:将进入儿科实习的201名本科护生根据实习批次及护生意愿分为对照组100名和观察组101名,对照组3人因中途转院实习或请病假而退出,最终97名完成,观察组2人因中途转院实习或请病假而退出,最终99名完成;对照组采用以教师为主体的传统教学模式,观察组开展体验式案例教学法,整个操作过程以护生为中心,结合临床案例让护生自主发现、分析及解决实际操作中问题,每批次护生在儿科实习4周,每周进行2次3学时的体验式案例教学;比较两组出科考试成绩和护生对教学效果的评价。结果:观察组理论知识和操作技能成绩高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组操作中存在问题显著少于对照组(P <0. 01),对临床实践结合、学习兴趣的激发、自主学习能力、评判思维能力、自信心提升、临床实践能力、人际交往能力、创新思维能力、团队协作精神、护理人文关怀行动力方面的教学效果评价显著优于对照组(P <0. 01)。结论:在儿科护生临床护理技能教学中采用体验式案例教学法,可提升儿科护生的临床实践能力,加强对护生综合素质的培养,提高实习效果。 Objective:To explore the application effect of experiential teaching method in clinical skill teaching of pediatric nursing students.Methods:A total of 201 undergraduate nursing students who entered pediatric practice were divided into the control group(100 students)and the observation group(101 students)according to the practice batches and business willingness.In the control group,3 people quit because of halfway transfer practice or sick leave,which was completed by 97.In the observation group,2 people quit because of halfway transfer practice or sick leave,which was completed by 99;Control group adopted taking teachers as the main body of the traditional teaching mode,and the observation group carried out the experiential teaching method,the whole operation process regarded nursing students as the center,combined with clinical cases to make nursing students independently discover,analysis and solve problems in practical operation,each batch nurses intership in pediatric practice for 4 weeks,conducted 3 hours experiential teaching for 2 times per week;The results of entrance examination and nursing students′ evaluation of teaching effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of theoretical knowledge and operation skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P <0.05);The observation group had significantly fewer problems than the control group( P <0.01),Teaching effect evaluation on clinical practice combination,stimulation of learning interest,independent learning ability,critical thinking ability,self-confidence improvement,clinical practice ability,interpersonal skills,innovative thinking ability,teamwork spirit,humanistic care of nursing were significantly better than the control group( P <0.01).Conclusion:Applying the experiential teaching method in the teaching of clinical nursing skills of pediatric nursing students can improve the clinical practice ability of pediatric nursing students,strengthen the cultivation of comprehensive quality of nursing students,and improve the intership effect.
