新型城镇化背景下以文化产业为主导的乡村规划研究——以北京市昌平区白浮村规划设计为例

Research on Rural Planning Led by Cultural Industry under the Background of New Urbanization——Taking the Planning and Design of Baifu Village in Changping District of Beijing as an Example

新型城镇化着力强调以人为核心,促进城乡资源的流通融合、优势互补,以全面提高城镇化质量。其中乡村的自主经济振兴对于解决城镇化进程中不均衡、不协调发展问题至关重要。文章以白浮村规划设计为例,探讨如何将乡村的历史文化资源转化成经济型的产业活动,创造效益、激发乡村活力。同时使乡村的历史文化得到有效保护和传承,形成以文化产业为主导的乡村振兴发展。希望能为新型城镇化背景下以文化产业为主导的相关乡村规划提供一定的理论及实践参考,进而丰富新型城镇化背景下的乡村规划途径。

The new urbanization emphasizes the principle of people-oriented, which promotes the circulation and integration of urban and rural resources, complements each other's advantages, and comprehensively improves the quality of urbanization. The independent economic revitalization of rural areas is crucial to solving the problem of uneven and uncoordinated development in the process of urbanization. Taking planning and design of Baifu village as an example, this paper discusses how to transform rural historical and cultural resources into economical industrial activities, create benefits and stimulate rural vitality while being effectively protected and passed down, and form a rural industrial development led by cultural industries. Finally, it provides a certain theoretical and practical reference for the rural planning led by the cultural industry under the background of new urbanization, and enriches the rural planning approach under the background of new urbanization.
