车轴步进输送线结构优化设计

摘要 本文对液压式车轴步进输送线结构进行优化设计,因液压泄漏和不同步问题是出现频率较高的2个问题,为了改善这种传动方式的缺陷,选用机械传动代替液压传动,彻底根除泄漏问题,机械常见磨损问题可通过表面处理技术来延长寿命。通过对电动式车轴步进输送线的稳定性和可靠性分析,得出电动式传动方式具有维护成本低、发生故障率低、系统稳定性高和响应速度快的优点。 This paper optimizes the structure of the hydraulic axle stepper conveyor line, Because hydraulic leakage and synchronization problems are two problems with higher frequencies, in order to improve the defects of this transmission mode, mechanical transmission is used instead of hydraulic transmission to completely eliminate leakage problems. Mechanical common wear problems can be extended by surface treatment technology life. Through the analysis of the stability and reliability of the axle-stepping transmission line of the electric car, It is concluded that the electric transmission has the advantages of low maintenance cost、low failure rate、Advantages of high System Stability and High Response Speed.
