中国渔业绿色食品现状与思考

Status and countermeasures of green aquatic products in China

发展渔业绿色食品对于保护渔业生态环境、转变渔业发展方式、提高水产品质量安全水平、推进渔业供给侧结构性改革、促进渔业增效与渔民增收具有十分重要的意义。从产品规模、产品种类、生产资料、龙头企业等方面介绍渔业绿色食品发展现状,指出渔业绿色食品发展过程中存在的养殖规模受限、养殖难度较大、养殖原料缺乏、综合效益不佳、品牌影响不强等问题,提出了鼓励发展绿色养殖、开展养殖技术研究、打破生产资料供应瓶颈、发挥示范引领、加大品牌宣传力度等建议。

Green aquatic product is of great significance for protecting the fishery ecological environment, transforming the fishery production mode, improving the quality and safety of aquatic products, promoting the structural reform of fishery supply side, raising fishery efficiency, and increasing fishermen′s income.This paper introduces the development status from the aspects of product scale, product type, production data, regional development, leading enterprises, etc.It points out that there are problems such as limited breeding scale, difficulty in breeding, lack of breeding raw materials, poor comprehensive benefits, and weak brand influences.Suggestions are made as foloows:encouraging the development of green farming, research on aquaculture technology, breaking the bottleneck of supply of production materials, giving play to demonstration, and increasing brand awareness.
