摘要 在10kV高压配网带电作业中,绝缘子遮蔽罩是保证施工人员作业安全的重要器具之一。对此分析三元乙丙橡胶的绝缘性能和力学性能,验证三元乙丙橡胶作为绝缘子遮蔽材料的可行性。然后以三元乙丙橡胶作为绝缘材料,设计出一种使用方便、屏蔽效果良好的悬式绝缘子遮蔽罩。最后现场测试结果表明,所设计的悬式绝缘子遮蔽罩,能满足高压配网带电作业遮蔽要求,且性能优于现有的悬式绝缘子遮蔽工具。 In the live operation of 10 kV high voltage distribution network, insulator cover is one of the important tools to ensure the safety of construction workers. In this paper, the insulation properties and mechanical properties of Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) are analyzed to verify the feasibility of EPDM as a kind of insulator cover’s material. Then, with EPDM as an insulating material, a suspension insulator cover that is convenient for use and of fine shielding effect is designed. Finally, the suspension insulator cover designed in this paper is verified to meet the requirements of live-working shielding by the means of field test, and its performance is superior to existing suspension insulator covering tools.
