某城轨车辆架修项目的基础制动单元安装时,安装螺栓在打扭力过程中发生断裂。简要分析了螺栓断裂的原因,并进行了验证。

The installation bolt of the basic brake unit of a urban rail vehicle was broken when it was installed. In this paper, the causes of bolt fracture are briefly analyzed and verified.
