胆总管结石患者术后行预见性护理的疗效分析

Observation on the Curative Effect of Prophetic Nursing in Patients with Cholecystolithiasis after Operation

目的探讨胆总管结石患者术后行预见性护理的疗效。方法方便选取于2016年2月—2018年1月入该院进行EPCR手术治疗的120例胆总管结石患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组各60例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予预见性护理,比较两组患者的住院时间、护理满意度及并发症情况。结果研究组患者的护理总满意度(93.33%)显著高于对照组(71.67%),比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.75,P=0.002,P<0.05);住院时间(4.23±1.45)d显著低于对照组(6.02±1.64)d,比较差异有统计学意义(t=6.33,P=0.000,P <0.05);相较于对照组(1.67%),研究组患者并发症的发生率(11.67%)显著降低,比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.28,P=0.028,P<0.05)。结论胆总管结石患者术后实行预见性护理能显著减少术后并发症的发生,减少患者住院时间,减轻患者的经济压力,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of prophetic nursing in patients with cholecystolithiasis. Methods 120 patients with cholecystolithiasis who were convenient admitted to our hospital for EPCR surgery from February 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into 60 cases in the study group and 60 cases in the control group. The control group gave routine care. The group gave predictive care on the basis of the control group. The length of hospitalization, nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total nursing satisfaction of the study group (93.33%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (71.67%). the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=9.75, P=0.002,P<0.05);hospitalization time (4.23±1.45)days was significantly lower than that of the control group (6.02±1.64)days,the difference were statistically significant(t=6.33, P=0.000,P<0.05). Compared with the control group (1.67%), the incidence of complications in the study group (11.67%) was significantly lower, with statistical significance (χ^2=4.28, P=0.028,P < 0.05). Conclusion Prospective nursing in patients with gallbladder stones can significantly reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, reduce the time of hospitalization, reduce the financial pressure of patients, and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
