摘要
利用UC1845芯片驱动MOSFET,通过PWM控制方式实现DC-DC变换,稳定工作后可以实现自供电,提高了效率。保护电路利用常见器件实现输入欠压、输入过流、输出欠压和输出过压保护,大大降低了开发成本,通过双阈值电压、两段限流、双比较器的设计巧妙地完成保护功能。通过Multisim10进行仿真测试,验证了电压保护电路可以准确可靠地对主电路进行保护。本文设计的电路还可以用于实验实训教学,以提高学生运用现有知识解决综合问题的能力和应用技术水平。
The UC1845 chip is used to drive the MOSFET, and the DC-DC conversion is realized by the PWM control method.After the stable operation, the self-power supply can be realized to improve the efficiency.The common devices are used to achieve input undervoltage, input overcurrent, output undervoltage, and output overvoltage protection, which reduces development costs greatly.The protections are completed ingeniously through dual threshold voltage, two-stage current limit and dual comparator design.Through the Multisim 10 simulation test, it is verified that the voltage protection circuit can protect the main circuit accurately and reliably. The circuit designed in this paper can also be used for experimental training to improve ability using existing knowledge to solve comprehensive problems and the level of applied technology.
