摘要
随着新型CMOS图像传感器技术的改进,CMOS图像传感器正获得了用户更多的青睐。CMOS图像传感器具备低功耗、体积小、价格便宜等优点,在图像传感器领域市场应用广泛。本文主要阐述了一种基于FPGA的CMOS图像传感器采集系统设计方案。设计方案中介绍了CMOS图像传感器经过光电转化和模数转换后将采集的图像数据传送给FPGA,FPGA对采集的图像数据进行格式转换和缓存处理后,经由VGA接口在显示器上实现图像显示的处理过程。整个设计方案结构简单、传输可靠,获得了比较好的测试效果。
With the progress of CMOS image sensor technology, CMOS image sensor is getting faster development and application. CMOS image sensor has many advantages, such as low power consumption, small size and low price. It is widely used in the field of image sensor. This paper mainly introduces a design scheme of CMOS image sensor acquisition system based on FPGA. In the design, the CMOS image sensor transmits the collected image data to the FPGA after photoelectric conversion and analog-to-digital conversion. After format conversion and buffer processing, the image data is displayed on the display through VGA interface. The whole design has the advantages of simple structure, reliable transmission and good test results.
